karin taylor: Australia; I'm an Australian who like a lot of you, struggle sometimes with anxiety, depression and high sensitivity. I decided to blog about my meditations as i sew buttons, a simple act of mindfulness, that allows me to help me switch off from daily stress and dwell on a positive aspect of life, through a positive quote or thought. I am not great at sewing, i'll leave that to my mum, but I think most of us can sew a button :) I'd love for you to join me and make your own daily meditations, by sewing buttons or something easy to your own necklace, cushion cover, scarf, vest, etc.. x
